Luxury sustainable fragrance brand, Sana Jardin, were having management and functionality issues with their bespoke ecommerce platform. They needed to a quick change so that their UK and US sites could benefit from the sales boom in November and December 2019.
Given the requirement for a quick turnaround, we recommended a hosted Shopify solution with a number of extensions to provide the functionality needed, such as the Store Locator and product reviews. Given the varying prices for the US store, we looked to build a stand alone store which look after their customers across the pond.
The result was a more user friendly and front end with additional features which enhanced the customer journey leading to purchase increased engagement. The Shopify back end is easier to use by the Sana Jardin ecommerce team ensuring they are more self sufficient. This led to the new site achieving the best ever sales results in December 2019.
